Current Board Members:

  • Patricia (Tricia) Hennessey – President

Tricia is pleased to serve as NBCIO’s President.  She has been a Board member for over 30 years and has served several terms as President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Liaison for the Civic League of East Jefferson.  She and her husband Larry moved to North Bridgedale in 1984 where they raised their son and now entertain their grandchild.  Tricia is happily retired after a career as a CPA and Law Firm Administrator.

  • Carol Lorio – Vice President and Treasurer

Carol is excited to promote new social activities that will reach all generations while increasing membership.  Using her experience while serving as NBCIO Treasurer for the past five years and President for two. Carol is always available to help neighbors and is willing to serve as a liaison between our North Bridgedale community and Jefferson Parish officials.  She retired in 2008 after serving 27 years as an operations Manager for a local insurance and investment company.   Carol and her husband Steve moved to North Bridgedale in 1994.  They have two children, Patrick and Stephanie, and recently became grandparents.  She loves spending time with family and friends, and spoiling her granddaughters!

  • Ethel Madden – Secretary

Ethel Madden is excited to assume the role of secretary for NBCIO. She has served on the Board for two years. Ethel and her husband, Tim, have lived in the neighborhood for 30 years. Their three children, (Patrick, Jennifer and Caroline), grew up in the neighborhood and attended St. Edward the Confessor School. Ethel worked 22 years for Ochsner as a Medical Librarian and Director of Knowledge Management. After eight years, she recently retired from her position as St. Martin’s Episcopal School Librarian to care for her family.  In Ethel’s spare time, she loves volunteering to help others through meal ministry, supporting worthy educational causes and children’s programming. Most importantly, Ethel finds her true “happy place” spending time with her husband, children and extended family and friends. She is looking forward to bringing new ideas that focus on improving the safety and wellbeing of our neighborhood.

  • Angele Alvendia – Board Member

Angele has been a member of the North Bridgedale community since 1989, when she and her husband, John, moved into the neighborhood. They raised four sons and are now grandparents of three. She is excited to give back to the community she loves. She has a background in healthcare, including a dual degree in Biology and Medical Technology from the University of New Orleans and Louisiana State University of Health Sciences. As a new board member of the North Bridgedale Civic Improvement Organization (NBCIO), she looks forward to working with neighbors to keep Bridgedale a great place to live.

  • Hayley Karrigan – Board Member

Hayley is happy to be a Board Member of NBCIO and get more involved in her community. She grew up in the North Bridgedale neighborhood and is currently a Marine Biologist. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, listening to music, and reading.

  • Jerry Radosta – Board Member

Jerry is looking forward to serving the North Bridgedale community and doing his part in elevating it to even greater heights.  Jerry and his wife Karen moved to North Bridgedale in 1979 and are parishioners of St. Edward the Confessor Church.  They have a son, Jeffrey, who attended St. Edward the Confessor School, and a 10-year-old grandson.  Jerry retired after 27 years as a senior director from PoolCorp , an international company headquartered in Covington, LA.

Jerry has served on several boards, including Junior Achievement of Greater New Orleans, and is excited to bring his experience to NBCIO.

  • Chris Moulin – Board Member

Chris Moulin joins the NBCIO Board for the first time. He has lived in North Bridgedale since 2002 and has spent the last 20 years working in the banking industry in various roles. He has one daughter who attends Memorial Baptist School. He operates multiple fantasy football leagues in his spare time, taking over the helm from his late mother. He is looking forward to contributing to the Board.
